To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it — unused, unworn, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return request has been reviewed and accepted, we’ll provide you with the instructions you need to return your order. Please do not send any items back before contacting us, as returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.
If possible, please include your order number and photos of the item when contacting us so we can assist you more quickly.
Items that have been used, worn, damaged after delivery, or are no longer in their original condition may not be eligible for return.
Gift cards and final-sale items are also non-returnable unless otherwise required by applicable law.

If you'd like a different item, color, or variation, the fastest option is to return the original item. Once your return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
If your order is being delivered to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Returned items must be in the same condition in which they were received, unused and unworn, with any original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please keep in mind that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
